1. What shipping options do you offer?
We currently offer standard shipping across Pakistan for Rs. 250.


2. How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing may take slightly longer during sales or holidays.


3. When will I receive my order?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.


4. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you'll get an email with tracking details.


5. What if my order is delayed or lost?

6. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
We're sorry! Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll make it right.


7. Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

8. Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we can deliver to P.O. Boxes within Pakistan.


9. Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. We currently ship only within Pakistan.
